I am very unhappy with LIC’s Agent, who gives service to me, and so I contacted them on their customer care number to delete his name from my policies. You know how irritating this is! Every CC no. says : Dear Customer, our IVR options have changed. Please listen to them carefully. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. Press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 for this, 4 for that etc. I was told to input my pol. No which I obliged when the IVR said to provide the DoB (you know in DDMMYYYY format). But when I entered the DOB it said: Sorry we did not get any input from you, please enter DoB (in DDMMYYYY format). Again when I entered the DOB it said: Sorry we did not get any input from you, please enter your DoB (in DDMMYYYY format). I did it for the third time and again it said: Sorry we did not get and you have exceeded your maximum number of trials. And it disconnected.
I repeated the whole execrcise with a result as same! You have exceeded the maximum number! And it disconnected.
(Who does not know that all these are FAKES!)
But what is my way out. I have to put up with the same agent and I cannot change/delete.
