[Resolved]  Lifecell International — Complaint for my CRM[protected]

My Complaint against LIFECELL is that they have signed a contract in paper (with EVIDENCE) that they would store the stem cells of my child for life if I paid them an amount upfront and I paid the remainder over a period of time. However they are now sending me emails and sms asking me to make the full payment upfront. This is surprising that despite me having the contract they are insisting a payment which is going against the very contract that they made me sign. I have been insisting that they send me my account ledger but they are dragging their feet over the same.
