We had completed the payment Rs 25, 170/- as a part of initial payment and pending payment is Rs 35, 000/- as a part of lifetime Dual storage plan.i am doing followup for remaining payment link with lifecell.
Also regarding collection fees payment to the doctor, as far as I know there is no payment has been done to the doctor on the day of delivery ie.29th Dec 23 and i had already taken care of payment on 4-jan24 discharge date.
I had clear communication in written prior to the purchase plan of 20th Sep 23 that I will be taking care of doctor fees and exclude such from lifecell charges and the same has been agreed by Lifecell representative Ms. Simran(Nagpur).
Also note that my lifecell account has been disabled due to non payment and delay in payment is just because lifecell does not initiate payment link, i had already raised a legal NC complaint against lifecell and any mishandle happens with our preservation this case only lifecell will be responsible.
