This is bring to your notice that Lifecell is one of the worst companies in terms of service and commitments. At the time of closing the deal they show a very rosy picture to clients but after sales service is very very poor and there is nobody to listen to clients.
We made plans to preserve our Stem cells with Lifecell. We have registered with Lifecell ( karimnagar and warangal circle) and made an initial payment on Date 05-May-21.

On Thursday i.e 03-May-21 my wife got admitted to hospital with labor pains and I called the representative 7 hours before delivery time and informed to be available at Karimnagar GH hospital to collect the Stemcells. He assured that he or one of his team will be at the hospital to collect. I was calling him from time to time and updating the status but no one showed up at the hospital.
Our Baby got delivered and LifeCell employee reached the hospital half an hour after delivery. Due to his late visit he wasn't able to collect the stem cells.
We had many plans to preserve the baby stem cells but our hopes are shattered now because of negligence by LifeCell and employees.
Now when we call them they are not giving proper response and tell us that Stemcells are required to preserved for Stemcell banking.
I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions.

Its been 15 days and the issue is not yet resolved. This shows your dedication towards customers.
If this issue is not resolved in next 24 hours, I will write a personal mail to S. Abhaya Kumar (Founder Chairman) and S. Mayura Abhaya (MD & CEO) to explain the issue and seek resolution from them.
