[Resolved] Lifecell International — Misselling of the Product | |
The Lifecell sales people sale you the product of babysheid ensuring that you will receive the reports within one week of sample collection.Firstly it took them 3 days to collect the urine sample of my kid.Than after one week when I was expecting the reports to arrive what I received was a mail from Life quoting the CRM no and confirmation that they have 'received' the sample. what is this ? The sample was arranged by me on 16th. It was collected on 19th and I receive a mail from Lifecell quoting as they have received the sample on 27th. What is the relevance of a sample generated on 16th, collected on 19th and received by you on 27th. When I call call centre people they say that the person who told you that you will receive report within one week of sample collection was a sales guy and we are the customer service people entrusted with the task of only answering your queries. I just want to say whatever fees(Approximately Rs 8500) I paid for the babysheild tests for my two kids I will assume that I DONATED the money to your company. And there is no relevance of any reports which you will send me after prolonged delay and only God knows on which date or in which month or year you will dispatch the reports as I don't TRUST these reports anymore. I have my three cousins expecting a baby in this year. I will take special care to ensure that they don't enroll for Lifecell or babysheild and select any of your rival companies. When you ask the customer to approach you, it clearly shows that you are not going to pick his call. That's really an awesome business technique.
Otherwise, i think your organisation does not have money to make a call to the customer.
