When we are in bengalore, india. From lifecell employee came and register my wife details and we have given initial check and opted for loan from bajaj finance, he created and given crm number also, bajaj finance called me and they approved the loan and lifecell received the totoal amount from finance company. During my wife delivery when i called lifecell local person to collect, he said that the first person, who registered my application is missing some details or some thing, so he created new crm nuber and he collected the things and he informed lifecell about the issue and i also informed about this to lifecell customer care, now my son is 11 months old, but still am getting on the new crm that amount is due, i told lifecell about the issue and explained them that with old crm amount is given to lifcell fro me and from finance company, with new crm things are collected, i asked lifcell to updated the details properly, i even shared loan statement also to lifecell as proof, today also i got mail from lifecell as amount due, this is so irresponsible, why you people did not updated the details, when at the time i told lifecell, they apologized for wrong from their side and they said that they will update the details.
