[Resolved] Lifecell International — Non refunds and false information | |||||
I registered for life cell. At the time of operation my doc told me that the cord is very small and it won't be having sufficient cells ti store. after two days of my operation, I tried to contact the life cell person who gave me the product. but could not reach her. because of poor health, I could not do much. Then i got a letter from life cell that the cells in the cord does not have standard cells to store. I sent the consent letter to discard everything and refund my money. After a very long wait, I contacted the life cell people and got to know that they will not be refunding any amount because they have preserved the tissue. And instead they were demanding 2000rs more. I don't understand from where this tissue thing has emerged. I want my money back completely. Was this information helpful? | |||||
