Lifecell International — Offer commitment not fulfilled

We had taken lifecell service for our new born. We were told that a stroller will be given to us and it has been over 5 months now but no update. Recently got a call from them for the balance payment which was due 6 months after the birth of the child which is on 29th April. The executives are non responsive and I am told if the money was not paid then they will downgrade our plan etc etc.. No way to get a reply on it seems available.
