Lifecell International — Refund still pending

I contacted support site for contract termination and refund on 16th November 2022 itself but they stretched the process to 23rd November 2022 when I recieved email that my contract was terminated and it would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. It's already 1st December and I am yet to get my refund. The company has failed to refund me and has led to unnecessary stress and tension in my life.
