Terrible back end and customer support team. On the day of delivery, they sent me an out for delivery message but couple of hours later the back-end team instructed the delivery executive to not deliver the order. When I checked with the customer support team they cited technical error and damage during quality check, and strangely despite the damage the products were in transit. When I requested them to deliver the same order some other day they said the order is already canceled and they cannot undo it, and that I will get a full refund. But then when I checked the app, only partial refund was processed and now they expect me to pay delivery fee on an order they didn’t even attempt delivery on. Very disappointing experience. Terrible staffing and fraudulent organisation. I wouldn’t recommend them!
Edit: it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received complete refund. Avoid home centre!
Update: I have sent several emails to [protected]@homecentre.in and I even raised a grievance at NCH. Now they have advised me to escalate my complaint to Consumer Commission, sic.i have several emails assuring a full refund but even after 1 month they have failed to provide me my full refund.
