[Resolved]  Likizo Services Pvt Ltd — refund my 62, 500 rs

I am also one of the members(just joined in this month or fooled). I want to have refund too. Have you filed FIR? I have found similar fraud case. Please refer.

Before lodging FIR, I want to consult you Suraj Bhosale07. Please guide me if you have taken some action against them. After reading reviews on google maps and justdial I am getting worried about my money too.

Did you get the money? I am in the same situation.

You can file complaint of Cheating under Section 415, 419 & 420 of IPC against them and since the amount is not much, they will have no option to pay you back. (If they go to Court, Lawyers fees would be more). You may call me if so desired at[protected]

everyday m calling them mailing them but they do not have any concrete update. Even they have a senior who went to Hyderabad since last two week ( I am thinking whether he got settled there or what?)

As per their call i visited the baner office yesterday 28july 2018 and got membership to silver by paying 5k as initial on total of 85k as discussed during presentation.
All they have done is the false commit commitment false promises.
They are no stick to what they said or told.
No concrete plan not transparent.

They are changing their statement every time.

Also there are many lies that they have told that that its an 9 years old organization.
Which is merely 1 year old.
They agreed all 5 years AMC charges will be paid by them.aaonit wionbe free for us.

After some time they told no it's not paid and not free .I have to pay.Then again changed their statement it will.be paid off from them for 1 year.
I can't believe in all.
I have been trapped by your false statement and all.

I need refund of my 5k.
I am following up to sort the issue and Consider this as all I need is my refund soon.

Hi All till now i haven't get my refund. I am taking followup since last 3 months. Finally i used slang language to them as i am totally out of my patience so they promised me to refund my money. And i haven't filed any FIR till now.

I suggest all that do not enroll in LIKIZO even their employees are leaving the job (May they receive such frustrated calls everyday)

It's a completely fraud company. Big cheaters these people are.. they say something else during their presentation and when it comes to fulfilling it they come up with new terms and conditions denying the same commitments. Never ever come under their false statements.
I just want the affirmed services mentioned in the presentation to be provided.
I was told to pay half amount for rendering domestic holidays and to a avail for international holiday I had to pay the whole amount and the gym and salon service were included in the first half of the amount itself. But now they came up with a new thing that I could either avail for gym membership or holidays that too when asked for a gym membership other than Mumbai city, when first asked for gym membership, they suggested some gym in mumbai. But the same when I told that I don't want in Mumbai but in Bhopal they came up with this rule that I can either avail holiday or gym.
75000 for a gym membership.. it would had been better if I would had not met these cheaters

Yes, they are frauds. They take customers inside a room, have jammers and restrict customers from using their phones. This is against business ethics and unlawful. The agreements signed are unethical as businesses are obligated to refund amounts and there is no clause allowed for non-refund in laws if they mention it its unlawful and amounts to fraud and cheating. I have filed a consumer court and police complaint against them. I am going full force against them, as they are frauds and cheats.

Yes they are fraud. They are saying need to pay in EMI instalment. They took care saying need to register it for EMI but when I see they took 80k from card. When I asked them about EMI they said call to bank and ask them for EMI conversation. It's totally fraud. They also promised for 1000 cash coupon s every month . it's totally fraud. I also want to file complaints against them.

Below is the 6th Email that I have sent them. They are just refusing to provide it in writing what I had asked for. They make false promises before and after the agreement is signed. Bharat, Amol, Sayed Hussain, Kapil all will force you, lie to you, and backtrack on their words and will also harass you if you file an official complaint against them.

This is to inform you that on September 27, 2018 I had a heated conversation with Bharat where I specifically AGAIN told him to give in writing through email all the specifics and details. These were the specific words of Bharath, "We won't call you again, we will email you and you will receive the email next". I have proof. Then on September 29, 2018 I again sent you an email, again reminding you that I want all the specifics and details in email not orally, but in written proof which you have not YET have done it which clearly shows you are trying to avoid that. I have clearly also said on September 27, 2018 that I won't take any calls because your customer service especially Bharat has no manners to talk and has no commitment or intention to solve the issue, he is a liar and I specifically told him when I was following up he never came on phone and when I raised and filed a complaint he calls me upfront. I am mentioning it again.

I have put five emails now asking for every specifics and details and also concrete implementation of the gym membership and the services that you talk about which you have not provided. Unless you don't provide me in writing through an email with all details no phone calls will be entertained. For the past two weeks I have continuously called and Bharat has refused to come on the phone even though he had promised in front of the police officer this will be resolved. You made me call you again and again and no resolution, after I make a official complaint you are doing all this drama but still no email which I had requested.

Please be rest assured, I am going to take every legal action there is possible against you. Every day you are defrauding people of their hard earned money.

After seeing my complaints every where, and also filing in consumer forum, a person named Bharat who was avoiding my calls before now suddenly called me himself and he is acting as if I cheated him with HIS money, which in fact is the other way round. He was just talking and not listening at all and I had to raise my voice and make him explain. He was avoiding my call and Amol was appointed to take care of it, and the only thing he had said was from Oct 1st enrollment will be done to which I specifically said I want my grievances resolved which I have emailed you before everything else, and apart from that I want it in email and this conversation was on Sat Sept 22, 2018. I never received that email instead I got a call from Bharath as he is pissed I posted complaints against them everywhere. He says, that they have discussed with management for approval, but I never got any confirmation regarding that nor email nor phone call, and I specifically said your are solving my grievance and you talk within closed doors without letting me know. He was just making an excuse as I have filed a complaint with consumer forum and complaints everywhere and suddenly out of the blue called me, which he was avoiding me till now. And the Amol who was supposed to send me an email is nowhere to been seen now.

I have also raised dispute with SBI and HDFC, and approached higher authorities about the same. I suggest you also don't just stick with the customer care and contact higher authorities asap. One thing is for sure that only after you file a complaint with legal authorities and online, only then they call you otherwise they will avoid you. Imagine how their customer service will be going ahead as well.

Excellent way to cheat people. Today I had a chance to visit over there (Office No 412/413, V Time Square bldg, 4th Floor, Sector 15, Palm beach road Belapur CBD). There they have promised everything like foreign tour and domestic tour packages with 3 /4/5 star hotels and club membership. I listened to them for one hour and at last I just collected my gift which is of 100 rs only and returned back. During the presentation many comical things have happened. The person who got agreed to their proposals they used to increase the volume of the speaker and congratulated to them by standing. This was the LOL moment for me. I would like to request you guys please don’t go over there and don’t waste your time.

This company...LIKIZO really seems to b a fraud company.i also took their membership in mid august.they promised free gym membership for two persons anywhere in india for 5yrs...that is my membership term.till date i did not get any positive response from them even after contacting them again n again since last 2months
