Lion Dates — Complaint about Insect in Dates/Food

I am Adv. Pritish Bhartiya from Nashik, I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with one of your product named LION DATES DESERTKING that I recently purchased.

I recently purchased LION DATES DESERTKING from your one of your supplier named Nilesh Supermarket Pvt Ltd. Pandit Colony, Nashik. And when I opened it, I was horrified to find an insect inside. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely unhappy with the quality of Dates/Food you are providing.

Now I am going to register a complaint against your business to FSSAI that you are providing bad quality of dates/ food which contains bugs, wrom that expect a full refund of the cost of the food item, as well as a sincere apology from your business for this unacceptable experience.
