Lion Dates — Lion Arabian Dates With dead insects and worms inside

I purchased two packs of Lion Arabian Dates from Topmart in K R Puram. The reference of the product is with a manufacturing date of Nov 11, 2020:
a[protected] and batch number SD/A/458 and
b[protected] and batch number SD/C/458

When we started consuming the dates, we realized that there are dead insects and worms inside the dates. It was a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. This has led down the trust on the brand.

Request you to provide a response for releasing in the market such unhygienic products for consumption.
