Lion Dates — Missing product

Bought Lion's "Arabian Dates" 250g (Rs.110) from the store at Neyveli which they mentioned "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" on the packet but they didn't provide the free one. The shopkeeper claimed it's for the price of only one pack(Rs. 110 for 250g) as per Lion Dates. If this so then why are they mentioning buy one get one free boldly at the top of the pack? it should be removed or either they should provide two packets.
