LittleApp — cancellation of deal by the app without my cancellation

I had taken a deal at tiwari's parata at bsk 2nd stage bangalore with a cash back of 50%. After using the deal i got cash back coupon, i wanted to use the coupon and went for adeal at mcdonalds, basaveswaranagar and applied the coupon. App went to paytm for the payment and when i confirmed, a message appeared as ooops..., try later. The next moment the amount was deducted in paytm. After 5 minutes the same amount is credited back to paytm account. But the coupon wanished and the deal at mcdonalds displayed as cancelled. I did not cancel.
