LittleApp — money got deducted from paytm but no order get placed

Hi team i placed an order of habeeb ramanthapur for an amount of rs. 419 for women advanve hair cut hair wash and blast dry services on july 20 2019
Unfortunately the amount got deducted through paytm but my order did not get placed. Tried contacting little app through customer care numbers and emails but nothing works. Kindly help me out and request you to refund the amount. Please find below screen shots
