LittleApp — purchased a coupon on little app for a deal but the outlet was permanently closed.

I had purchased cheese crunch combo for kfc on little app for rs170. But the outlet on which the deal was applicable had been permanently closed. I had complained about it approx 10 times on little but got no response from them. And after the validity period it automatically got redeemed without even availing the deal. My money is got stuck and i cant do anything about it.

I visited the salon with the little app voucher ...but before giving me the service the salon ppl reedemed the coupon and then did not provide the service...even after raising the concern with the team there is no response...my coupon was worth 900 rupees ...fraud company little is
