Livpure — I purchased product week back but still no installation..... Pathetic

I purchase a LivPure PEP plus model on 3 september, 2016 but still its not get installed where as getting annoying call asking "Installation ho gaya", such a stupid people I never experienced.
Even though I replied no installation yet but no action whereas again call for confirming installation...
Getting screwed ...
Pathetic process...
