Hi Flipkart Team,
I have ordered the product (LIVPURE LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS+ 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier with Taste Enhancer (White) on 5th August, delivered on 6th August and installation has been made on 7th August on the same day after the installation technician left the premise. After some time there was a leakage issue in the product, when I called the same technician who had installed (Mr. Venugopal) he said I left now I can't come now, will come to check on Monday i.e on 9th August.
And technician came on 9th August he checked and mentioned that there is some sensor issue now it will be rectified and he left premise again without having any patience for waiting for some time to check if the leakage has stopped or not, after some time there was a leakage again, I called again to express the scenario, he replayed back stating that he has left the RR Nagar I can't come back again now, will look into it tomorrow i.e. on 10th August.
And technician came on 10th August he checked and mentioned that
he will be replacing some components and while leaving the premise he replayed back stating that if there is any issue with this product prolonged return it back Flipkart.
Since the issue has not been resolved yet, I thought of returning to Flipkart and applying for a return and replacement on10th August. where it got rejected on 13th August I have given Replacement Rejected Replacement ID:[protected].
I spoke to Flipkart customer support on15th August. They stated that as per the technician visit they rejected, Replacement Rejected ID:[protected] where no technician visited my premises to solve the issue. The customer support executive stated that you still have time to return and replace.
Again I applied for a return and replacement on15th August. where it got rejected on 18th August stating that the return policy ended on 16th August.
I spoke to Flipkart customer support again on 19th August and 21th August they stated that you have still time till 25th August and the backend team will contact and they will give the resolution on this product.
Today I got the below-mentioned mailer, I spoke to Flipkart customer support again regarding the mail, again they stated that you have still time till 25th August and the backend team will contact and they will give the resolution on this product.
Please will someone give me the replacement of this product, where there is no fault of mine why have they rejected my replacement?
