We purchased a RO system last year, which started giving problems from just 2 months of purchase. We just continued to use it as it was quite an investment for us. As soon as one year was over, the people called us morning and night to purchase AMC, which is quite expensive. Now I’ve lodged complaint on May 11th. The problem is still not solved even though the technician has identified that the problem is with the RO membrane, they are not changing it. We have written to and called multiple times to the customer care, but it’s of no use. They just say the standard dialogues that it’ll be fixed soon. The response is the same for the posts I've posted in the social media. The local area manager and the technician also have permanently stopped receiving our calls. Such an unprofessional, incompetent company should be blacklisted by public, and made to pay penalties
