Service Request for Livpure Bolt+Copper RO was assigned on 20 June 2023 and the visit is pending for more than 10 days.
There is no call from Livpure and complete ignorance towards service request.
I have attached the screenshots of the service request.
Even before I complained about Livpure on this platform and every time I had to complain about simple service requests, otherwise it is ignored entirely.
Worst kind of service I have ever experienced.
I have attached the screenshots of SMS from LivPure and the screenshot from LivPure app.
I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
