I am major jay singh. I got livpure touch plus ro installed on 27 aug 16.
I was promised two free preventive maintenance visits by their authorised engineers automatically (Without any service requests) within 12 months of installation. However, when no one came, i have requested for service on various occasions on 7 apr 17, 6 jul 17 & 25 jul 17 & service request numbers are
Js[protected],
Js[protected] &
Js[protected] respectively.
I have also spoken on mobile no provided in confirmation sms by their company ie [protected].
Every time i call on this mobile number, i got a reply that someone will come today evening or tomorrow morning, but no one came till date.
However, every time i got a request cancellation sms, reason being no response on call which is lie.
I have started requesting for service on 7 apr 17 & as per their company till date, i have not responded on their call.
I request for my two free preventive maintenance visits; one immediately & one in due course of time or else i request for a strict action. Was this information helpful? |
