I have raised request on Saturday to LivPure regarding our RO not dispensing water, they have raised request that I will get call in 3-4 hours however I haven’t got any call or information from them until now.
I have mailed them regarding the same, however again there is no response from them.
This is the second incidence when I was troubled by them.
In first instance they took 4 days to revert and I have mailed them that I will file complaint in Consumer forum then they attended my request.
There is no water for past 3-4 day and same I have mentioned in my customer care request as well but no response from them.
There is nobody to reach or talk to in LivPure customer care.
