Livpure — Product not delivered for 5 months

If you are planning to get this Livpure Smart service, my suggestion is Don't!!!. It's an utter waste of money, energy, unlimited phone hours spent on a super deaf call center. They only promise but nothing will happen. The worst service I have seen in my life.

I ordered this worthless Livpure Smart on May. After a hundred calls they haven't delivered the so called product. It's a waste of time. Moreover the IVR which keeps you waiting is so annoying. I have spoken with their call center people from Delhi, sent emails to guy named Kamal spoke with their managers, but nothing worked. It's 1st October and still not delivered forget the installation.

So if you are planning to buy this worthless piece of **** please don't waste your time. Even if buying some other costly RO will work but definitely not this one.

My Order id : LSHPY113493 . my contact number is [protected] . I ordered this worthless Livpure Smart on 30th August . After a hundred calls they haven't delivered the so called product. It's a waste of time. Moreover the IVR which keeps you waiting is so annoying. I have spoken with their call center people from Delhi, sent emails to costumercare spoke with their managers, but nothing worked. It's 8th Septemberand still not delivered forget the installation. and they are not proper response .
so guys please dont buy these products . this is utter flap company . waste of lots of time and money also . so please beware of this company . livpure water purifier is a too worst company . they said every time 2 to 3 days to deliver your product . still not delivered .
so please help me with this issue sir .
