1. I purchased a livpure waterpurifier with model no. liv-pep+ in 2019, i am shifting my house and wanted to get it reinstalled. I had called livepure customer service [protected] for reinstallation of waterpurifier on 09 April 2026, they made me take the AMC for ?4654, and told me that the technician will call me, then again the next day I called them they again gave me three numbers namely Area Service incharge [protected] (The individual didn't lift my call), [protected] (He put me through with another gentlemen whom according to him was supposed to resolve the issue, but did not) and [protected] (Another Area Service incharge, who again didn't lift my call).
2. On 17th Apr, I again called the customer and this time mob no. [protected] pf Mr Manjunath(Zonal Head) was given, he neither picked my call nor reverted back, i later called the customer care and escalated the issue, the agent said it will be resolved and a technician gave a call, he told me to share the location, its been 10 days no one has visited my location for reinstallation of RO.
3. I had called many times to thecustomer care but the issue has not been resolved.Now I am left with Livepure RO with an AMC of ?4654 and don't know whether I have been scammed or not. This really is in bad taste for the company.
