Water is not coming from my RO for 5 days now. I filed an online complaint on Sunday, 15th October 2023 and then called them on Monday, 16th October 2023 as I did not see any open ticket.
On Monday a ticket was opened and then I waited for the concerned team but no one showed up.
I called on Tuesday, 17th Oct 23 again and they told me that my subscription has been cancelled by Livpure and the superior team will get back to me in 2 hours. However, no once turned up and I kept waiting.
Today 19th oct I called them again and they again told me that they would get back to me in one hour however, I kept waiting again and no one called.
There is no resolution from there side despite that my family is not getting drinking water from past 5 days and we are arranging it by buying it from local shops.
I have paid for subscription for one year which is valid till June 2024.
No one is taking any responsibility and I don't know what should I do. Was this information helpful? |
