On 21st Aug 2021, I registered for service request for my Envy Shield Livpure RO water purifier.
Service Engineer named Dattatreya Avula[protected] came at scheduled time on 21st August 2021. He replaced membrane priced Rs 2750/- and carbon filters priced Rs 1100/-. Then he convinced to purchase ACMC for 2 years worth Rs 8000/-. I completed the payment of Rs 8000/- through Benow payment channel from the link which he has sent to my mobile number [protected].
However, after all this ACMC has still not been mapped to my registered mobile number([protected]). The service engineer also does not pick my call. It smells some kind of fraud and cheating. Already I faced lot of problems related to servicing. Now their engineers are indulging into Fraud and cheating stuffs.
I have raised ticket with customer care with Ticket id - 150100, but so far no response from them.
If livpure is not able to honor my ACMC, then please refund the remaining amount of Rs 4150/- . I am attaching the receipt of payment confirmation which the service engineer has provided to me.
If the ACMC is not updated or I do not get refund of balance amount from Livpure, I will resort to legal action against Livpure.

Two weeks are passing away without any update. This company is cheating customers in name of convincing customers in buying acmc.
I will be soon planning a legal action against this company and its management. It is fraud company
