Service Request for Livpure Bolt+Copper RO was assigned on 28 Feb 2023 after 220 days of purchase regarding Free 2 Services in 1 year by Livpure. the visit is pending since 1 march 2023.
I received a phone call on 1 march from a technician, who first demanded charges, after informing him about free service he requested a closure code on the phone call. Since then there is no call, no visit by a technician and the service is pending since 1 march.
After regularly calling the Livpure customer care number, they gave me a service manager named "Deepak" contact number, he is not interested in talking and told me to call back after 2 days. After 2 days the person not attending my call.
I already send multiple emails to customer service, Calling regularly on their customer care number, There is the same reply, no call, no any help.
I have no other option left, I hope consumercomplaints.in will help to resolve the issue. The technician visit will happen as soon as possible.
