Livspace — Cheated for more than 2L in the billing and not refunding the money

Our project with them started in last December. In the first meeting itself they have made us to pay booking amount of 90K, estimating the project cost as 9L. But final quotation given was 15L. We were thinking that spending on what they have promised was okay and proceeded with 15Lakhs(100 %) amount in March 2022. Since they upon so many follow-ups they have given liveable flat in August. But not taking care of the pending works. No response from anyone from Livspace. Meanwhile we came to know that they have not installed more than 2lakh worth products as per the final quotation. We are going to their office every week and they're not responding to our requests. If they admit through written email that they are alm seekers, we are ready to leave the money. Fed up of Livspace. Worst experience ever. The designer charges also are very huge, where you get basic designs only. Kitchen granite installation is a hell, got the works done by roadside vendors. Not at all professional, no words to describe our pain. This flat is a dream since 10years.
