The Modular kitchen company Livspace has been harrassing us on a daily basis and delaying our order due to their problems. Initially they misguided us by making false promises (we have proofs of that) regarding the delivery and after the various payment milestones, they're delaying it and now we have a small 11 months baby and are suffering coz of these guys.
Also in between they committed to the date of 30th April for delivery and now they're delaying it by a month.
We cant to cancel out order now considering the harrassment and also claim the refund of the amount paid till date (50% payment is made already) and also would like to file a case against mental harrassment and other losses. Was this information helpful? |
