Livspace — no refund of money on cancellation of project

I have hired livspace to reconstruct my kitchen for contract value of rs 300, 000 in april 2019.in this regard, i paid an advance of rs 30, 000.
After sometime, i requested them to hold the contract for sometime as i was planning to shift to another house and told them that since i have paid amount of rs 30, 000 i will use the same in purchasing something else from them.

In october 2019, due to some personal issues, i requested them that since i wont be able to continue with the contract, i requested them to let me know the refund procedure. They got back to me saying that they have deducted 50 percent of rs 30000 as designing charges and balance of rs 15, 000 can be used for buying another product but no amount shall be refunded in money.

I asked them that since no design has been shared with me, why are they deducting the design charges and requested the executive to get in touch with her seniors and let me know, if they can return the money as no design has been shared. We had this discussion in oct 2019.

Since, the executive never got back to me, i sent them an email in jan 2020 to revert to the discussion we had in oct 2019. I tried to call them multiple times but they never reverted and disconnected my calls.

I tried to reach out to her senior who was looking into the project, he said he is on personal leaves and wont be able to comment on the same.

Then i wrote an email in jan 2020 to revert on the money paid but never got any revert.

After multiple attempts in reaching out to them for my money, i want to raise my concern here. If required, i will share the emails sent out to them.

Would request you to look into the same and provide assistance in getting the amount refunded.
