So many appealing things when livspace trap a new customer. 24 hours for resolving issues raised using my account. A big project team consisting of gm, bm, pm, id, and a few more. 3d rendering that will match the delivered output. Project plan with accurate timelines, and strict adherence.
Unfortunately, after onboarding a customer, livspace throw all these in dustin. Raised issue in my account open for 19 days. Gm has no concrete update. Leave behind his team members. Shared 3d visuals became a history. Installed product will be as livspace want it to be. Customer has no right to talk of 3d at time of delivery. Project plan and mentioned time lines are again for livspace interpretation and customer has no right to refer it to force work completion.
Livspace took 100 percent payment on 21st august. Sad part is livspace and gm don't have final handover date to share. Hard to understand why it can't deliver catalogue products after taking 100 percent payment. Was this information helpful? |
