Lloyds Finance Ltd — Complaint regarding amount deposited with Lloyd finance

Good afternoon sir

I William Mark Furtado along with my wife Pauline Bennilda had deposited RS.85, 000/- in total to Lloyd Finance in the year 1998, for a year through a agent named Joseph Fernandes from Mangalore. But till today we have not received any refund of the above mentioned amount.
We had written 2 to 3 letters to you but they had just told us that they will make a committee meetings and then tell us about this issue. But we have not got any response from your side not from your higher authority regarding this matter.
It would be really helpful for us i[censored] provide us with the response and thus we can get the deposited amount from your side as early as possible.
Please revert us with your response as early as possible.
