LNT — need my loan details and steps to get noc

I am abha jaiswal. My two wheeler loan account no. Is 914145. I took this loan in oct 2011 and was of 18 months. I need to close it and get noc. I'm not able to search the details online. Pls help with statement and step forward. Pls share the statement on anshu. [protected]@gmail.com.
I was trying to do it online but somehow it is not accepting my details.
