The complainant applied for loan vide application no. 00808344 which has been sanctioned on 17th August 2012 as per Letter of Offer cum Acceptance issued to him on mail on dated[protected] and in person on[protected] when complainant visited in Branch Office. Due to non delivery of Letter of Offer cum Acceptance,
the complainant is suffering as complainant has applied for flat no. 478 ground floor in OMAXE City "MY HOME -II, Bhiwadi. Here it is also necessary to mention that the date for depositing the installment has already been expired on[protected]. The complainant has already made so many request to Branch Manager for releasing the loan amount but reasons best known to him has not released the loan amount while complainant had deposited Rs. 3, 36, 490 in three installments. kindly intervene the matter and provide justice.
