Unfortunately I cannot help you get your money back, and you need to be aware of anyone who says they can do that - they will only scam you again.
In all likelihood you have been scammed, and won't get your money back, neither will you get a loan, if that is what you applied for.
Can you tell me how you came across this person who asked you to deposit the money? Did they contact you by email or phone initially? Did you apply through a website online?
