Lodha — Complaint on refund

Dear lodha team,

I am writing here to request refund money which we paid for lodha splendora project thane, maharashtra. It started on april’ 2017 when we went to the site with our property consultant and met the sales manager there.
We end up giving booking amount of 1, 08, 000/ as there was hype created by the sales people “last day for the exclusive offer”. Also since it was been conveyed by our consultant (Who is an agent for lodha) that lodha have a 3 day refund policy,
We were under the assumption that we have good 3 days to think over our decision.

The very next day, we connected the sales manager and told him that we want to cancel the deal and want our refund due some personal reasons. He asked us to see him, we went there for refund but those people denied.
Since then we are trying to get our hard earned money back but there’s no one to help. They are just making us meet different people and all useless. We also work with service industry, and this is not the way we deal our clients or any other customer centric organization will do… it’s completely ridiculous.

Now these people say that lodha doesn’t have ‘refund policy’ as they had bitter experience of losing many customers due to ‘refund’.
I strongly put my opinion here that doing this kind of behavior with the customers won’t help either enhancing customer reputation rather, will lead to loose even more prospects and references….!!!
And if there’s something called ‘no refund policy’, it should be clearly communicated to the customers.

I believe that my request would be assigned to concerned department and i’ll get solution.
