[Resolved]  Login Complaints — paid 6 months payment for internet but they are neither providing service nor refunding reg.

Respected sir I S.VENKAT RAO a resident of dibbapalem, srinagar, gajuwka, visakhapatnam-44 taken a connection of fiber internet with login company on 02/04/2014, monthly rental 500rs for 1mbps speed and paid 6 months payment ie., 3000/- begining itself and its already 5 months and they provided me only 2 months 5 day till now. And since from 10 days i am demanding them that i am not satisfied with it and please disconnect it and refund my amount, but their response is that once pad we wont refund it which is not in an initial agreement. And as per my knowledge they not even paying tax to government. So kindly take up my complaint and do justice for me.
