Even during difficult times like outbreak of covid-19, the travel agency is completely focused on minting money. We are being charged 8k as cancellation charge out of 10k which is paid, our travel date is in april and due to govt restrictions as well as because of personal safety it’s difficult and dangerous to travel. And these guys are taking undue advantage of that and are speaking lie that they’ve paid advances to other vendors, after speaking to vendors they clarified its false and vendors are nor charging any cancellation nor have recievd any money. They are speaking very rudely after receiving the money and are not at all ready to understand the world crises. We have travel date of 20-25th april 2020, made hotel and cab bookings with them.
