Logix infrastructure Pvt Ltd — Late possession of Flats in Logix Blossom County

Dear Team, I had booked a flat in Logix Blossom County in Jan 2010 (flat number H 1102) and the highlight of the project shown as possession in 18months from construction. They started the construction in May-June 2010 time frame & we expected possession to come through by March 2013. Its been more than 5 years now and the revised possession date given is June 2015. I have been receiving the payment demands and have made payments regularly, on time. However we dont see any sign of penalty being paid by Logix. Also, we have been paying a rent of 25-30K on monthly basis since a long time, along with EMI of almost 25K. Its very difficult in today's time to manage both rent and EMI adding upto 50-55k. I expect a fair renumeration as penalty from the builder causing us financial crisis and mental harassment by selling project on wrong method and then not paying penalty for delaying the project for such a long time. Kindly look into the same and provide us assistance in getting back the Rent equivalent penalty since March 2013. Regards Munish Chhabra
