I bought a flat in Logix blossom county sector 137 noida. (H-108)
On June 11, 2021, Logix facilities team (Mr Jai Vir) committed a 30-35 days time to make the flat ready for handover, and today, 20th Sep. 2021, completes 3 months and 9 days and still there are plenty of work left in the flat.
Below is the list of pending works to be completed before handing it over to me:
Master bedroom washroom has choking problem - Bottle trap and angle valve's were not fixed yet if the problem is resolved or not ?
Wooden flooring is not properly fixed, water is there beneath it. I guess it is coming from balcony side joint below balcony door which is not filled properly. Please get it rectified asap and else it will be broken completely
Both washrooms ceiling is not yet painted and fixed properly.
Rusty fittings in the washroom is to be changed- For instance, both washrooms shower head are very rusty and dirty.
Both WC's are in pathetic conditions.
No cleaning work done yet - bathrooms, balconies door and frames.
Seepage problem in kitchen
I purchased the flat all inclusive of club membership and other things, and now they are asking for monthly fees to use the club. This not at all fair. Other society provides lifetime free membership. Was this information helpful? |
