Hi, I am VijayKumar Kaliga I stay in Thane. I had purchased a Pack box of Lotte Choco pie Mrp 25 Mfd 12/2014 Batch no 26. As my 4 year old daughter opened it she found some white substance inside it and she showed and when I saw it I found it to be fungus. I immediately called your Customer care no[protected] in Chennai and spoke to Mr.Raja regarding this at 6:20 pm. He took my Cell no and said I would be getting a call within 20 min from there representative. But still I have not received any call. Attached pls find the snaps.Shall I expect any call from your side or you are not bothered for our health. even i found fungus in a pack ... and complaint has not been resolved .. the pack was manufacturd on 01/2015.

even i have faced the same problem and got the report from the company about the fungal presence in the product. even i want to take it legally

we too faced a similar problem 3 months back. Though I know I'm late in reporting but I was a fan of this stuff for 7-8 years and now do not have it in my shopping cart. Hope the company wakes up to such hard reality

I just come to know that there is egg and gelatin in choco pie. Kindly provide all proper ingredients of choco pie on packing and remove 100% veg as it is not pure veg.. dnt make veg people fool to eat ur product.. either stop to mix egg/gelatin or stop to display green symbol on packing.
