Lotto — Denying warranty claim for manufacturing defect | |||
Hi, i had recently purchased a pair of lotto shoes 3 month ago bt within 3 month because of some cheap quality of threading shoes was broken. I tired to register my claim at lotto helpdesk and lotto's retail shop which is in shipra mall nearby indrapuram ghaziabad but they dimply refused to replace by giving a idiotic excuse that it is physical damage. I don't understand what kind of guarantee they use to give for 3 months and how they are justifying that it is a physical damange. Please help!
