[Resolved]  Lotto Sport — Holes present in newly bought black lower

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have purchased a Black Lower (Men) 01 piece for my husband from Lotto showroom located in Mittal mall in panipat, Haryana.My husband only wore the lower once and we noticed it has 2-3 holes in it.Since the lower is of black colour the hole was not visible by naked eye but when worn the skin was easily seen. We went to showroom for replacement and asked for the new piece.But he insisted that the matter has to be referred to Head office and kept the lower in showroom.After asking for the replacement the shop keeper is saying that the lower cannot be changed as it is washed . We told the shopkeeper that we have not washed the lower but he was reluctant to hear.His behaviour was also not appropriate. We are regularly using Lotto products for a long time but this incident has shocke us a lot.We request you to kindly look into the complaint and take necessary action. Lotto is a renowed company but this type of product delivery and harrasement to customers shall be delat strongly by you. My details are: Swati Chadha [protected]
