Loudspeaker — Loud speakers on religious places

My mother and father is a heart patient and near us a religious place which make so much noise by loud speakers many time in a day, so my mother and father is at very high risk of being heart attack,
So please stop the love speakers as like u p or limit the volume of these because it is not only my concern, many peoples are disturbed from the loudspeakers like students normal householders brain patients heart patients etc.
