[Resolved]  Louis Philippe — faulty product not getting acknowledged by manufacturer

I brought a louis philippe full sleeve casual shirt at pune store - bill date: 24/12/2017, bill no: 17001601, mrp: 2599 which i wore hardly for a couple of times and after it’s first wash itself, the color got distorted and spread over across the shirt. It was the first washing-machine wash, that too with a separate (Single shirt) wash. When i observed this issue, i brought it back to the store. After examining the shirt’s condition they asked me that it needed to be send to their bangalore manufacturing office for detail quality check and examination. Then they couriered it on 03/03/2018 with complaint id: 47628. After almost a week, i got manufactures response on that complaint saying it has been rejected due to improper handling of the product during usage/wash hence the product is sent back to you. I am not satisfied with this resolution and the quality of the product which got unusable after the first wash itself. I need the replacement of the faulty product which is being denied by the store.
