1. On making inquiry for the payback card up gradation to payback plus, i have received stupidest of responses. Each time different customer executive gives me different response and on complaining they say the magical words "data i am providing is correct". How could 2-3 different data on same query could all be correct.

Data provided at the time of the purchase was different and now is all together different one that to i am not sure which is finally actual facts as each time have received different responses from different executives. And on raising the query at the end what i get to here is


What am suppose to do of apology is as good as apologize after robbing.

2. Get delayed responses after number of reminders.
Since on the call i was getting irresponsible response, i wrote a mail on 1st august to which after n number of responses on 6th august i got the reply.

3. Partner details incorrectly provided

250 bonus points in a month on either 2 transactions of 500 at payback online partners partners. So is mentioned in the company tnc, initially i was told icici credit card will be considered for 500 - 2 transactions. Now i am getting very stupidly replied "no it is not how it is". What does this irresponsible statement means... When company wants to tell me anything they say it would be as mentioned is in tnc... So now its is not as in tnc but herein "that is how it is i get to here"

On asking for the clarity as even in their tnc there is no where mentioned in online partners icici will not be considered as an exception where as on their very own site icici credit card falls under the online partner section.

4. Different details w. R. T bonus points incorrectly provided each time most importantly before purchase.

4.1
On payback+, i will get 250 bonus points in a month on either 2 transactions of 500 at payback partners or 20 points on icici.
For the 20 points,
Response 1 - in one transaction to get 20 points.
Response 2 - total points on icici card in month must be 20.
Response 3 - no such offer — if so then why will i upgrade the card... The icici is my main usage.
Response 4 - two transactions of 20 points in a month.

4.2
On querying about the great response number #4
As total point after the credit card statement are credited to payback card the points can never ever be 20 points twice in a month possible as in every month the credit will be only once from icici. Also in your so called tnc its mentioned "transaction activity date would be considered"
Response 1 : they do not get the break down of the points its with icici.
Response 2 : they can check the individual transactions and would be considered.

Are you people not getting your salary to work in such irresponsible behavior at payback... Or have you arrived from a different planet where in logically 2 different data is equal.

4. Getting different responses from different customer executives on the payback plus activation date. They themselves are not sure of their own tnc. (So called)


Response 1 - one updated that it will get activated after one month and valid from next month - 1st september 2016.
Response 2 - will be active from next month 1st august 2016.

There is no responsible response from payback. On raising the issue I get call and on each call I get different answers and each time my issue stays unanswered. It is like a real harassment.
