My problem same, I have oder 3 month before but i nighther tem received and nor refund recived and customer care number not attended by any one and not getting any reply of mail also

I ordered logitech c310hd webcam for rs.1890.36 on 09/05/2020 and paid in full. But till date the product has not yet been delivered. Several mails were sent but no response. No one picking the phone calls also. Please send the product....

I have paid the amount of rs.15104.00 on may 27, 2020 09:10 pm & another amount rs.7552.00 on may 24, 2020 12:19 pm but till today i have not received the materials for the same they are not lifting the call and giving proper reply of mail so please refund the amount or send the materials at the earliest now mumbai is open and all are doing business if they are not in a position then why they are taking on line payment i cannot under stand...

I have ordered a logitech h111 stereo headset on 17th june, 2020 and paid 639.56 inr in advance. Today is 9th september, 2020. I still haven't received the item. It is about 90 days i. E. 3 months already. I have mailed them many times. But haven't got any reply. I have called them more than 21 times on their different customer care number available on their website. But they haven't joined to a single call. Really too much disappointed.br...

But the product is not delivered till now. It is in processing state for almost 4 months.

Tried reaching the customer care - line rings no response.
I have sent numerous emails no response

Online payment for the product is done but no update.

We have placed this order on LT Online Store on 10th of July and not received the refund nor the product. They are not picking this phone and not replying email too which we sent recently!...

2 months have passed since I ordered .
Still no delivery...neither any updates ...

No Response at mail, call or any where....

I had ordered a Logitech Z906 multimedia speakers at ltonline store on the 18th of may 2020. Repeated attempts at contacting them failed for more than three months. Ultimately about a month back I succeeded in talking to customer care I was informed that the product is not available and so a refund would be initiated. I was also told that in three days I would receive a message to my email. None of these happened. Now it's more than 14 days...

Its been more than two months since i have placed my order in your store. I urgently need this webcam as the classes are been conducting through online. Kindly dispatch my order as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot of my order details for your reference....

I bought 2 logitech webcams on june 09 2020, i havent received my order till date and these customer support no.s in the website dont even answer the calls . I mailed them several times to cancel the order and process my refund they haven't done that too....

I ordered 2 headphones on June 3rd worth Rs 3258.Not yet received till now..No response from company side..And Status of the order still processing after 3 month also....

I have placed a order with LT online store on 25/06/2020 and my order no. is #[protected]. I am trying to contact the concerned persons on their mentioned contact no.s and email id but no getting any reply. I am attatching a copy of invoice also. Pls take necessary action against these frauds....

They take money in full and products never get delivered. Their customer care numbers are of no use. No one picks it up ever. I tried calling more than 1000 times but it never gets answered. This website should be banned and the person" Dhadhi Dipesh Mandan" should be behind bars for cheating thousands of customers online....

I pace order on 28 july. #[protected] confirmation, now it is showing as refunded status but i have not received my refund amount till date....

I had placed online order for 2 items that i needed urgently on 7th july and paid a huge 17k amount for the same.

Am still waiting to see the items delivery. The online status remains "processing" and the phone number mentioned on website remain unanswered despite hundreds of call attempts i have made. Never received email reply to the follow up emails i sent to their published email address

Now am stuck with...
