LTHFL L and T housing Finance — Charging of Processing fees for Housing Loan, while before taking loan they told no Processing fees

I took Home loan bearing account no Home loan no BLRHL14001774. From the beging of the loan process i have been asking for the processing fees but not got any reply from them. I also asked them, if they want i can produce the other bank's offering zero processing fees. That time they told we will do don't worry. But after the registeration of the site i got to know that they have charged Rs 88000/- as processing fees. I tried to reach them to discus my concern on the processing fees Issue, I called around 100 times to the sales manager cell around 50 times to office land line. But no response from the other side they never ever bothered to receive my call, thinking that i will raise concern on that. I went personally to there office arround 10 times they simply made me to sit for 2 to 3 hours but not addressed my issue. This has been going on from last 5 months. In between they have asked me to give me some reference and we will return the processing fees. I refered one of my friend. But even after that they not done any thing. Nither answered my call not replied my mails. Once i realised that they dont have any intention to address my concern i have decided to take it up with RBI. Hence this complaint.
