Being working for L&T, i preferred loan from LTHFL & thats the biggest mistake of my life. 1)For any information, we need to follow atleast 10 times through email, or 10 times through call & then only we will get the response. 2) With the change in interest rate (floating ), they will never reduce it unless u follow up & have to pay extra money. 3) Very poor customer response....

I took Home loan bearing account no Home loan no BLRHL14001774. From the beging of the loan process i have been asking for the processing fees but not got any reply from them. I also asked them, if they want i can produce the other bank's offering zero processing fees. That time they told we will do don't worry.
